The EFV Youth Sports & Trades Education program combines competitive basketball with hands-on career exploration for Brooklyn youth ages 7-16.
Our Mission
We believe every young person in East Flatbush deserves access to both athletic development and meaningful career exposure. Through our program, participants don't just play basketball — they discover pathways to sustainable, rewarding careers.
Our "Pick Your 7 or Bring Your 7" tournament model builds teamwork across age groups, with each team composed of 3 younger players (ages 7-12) and 4 older players (ages 13-16), fostering mentorship and leadership.
